Sign in your supplier account
1. Click ProPak Connect link - https://virtual-propakconnect.expoplatform.com/
2. Enter your email and password to access supplier account.
Forgot password
1. Click ProPak Connect link - https://virtual-propakconnect.expoplatform.com/
2. Click “Forgot password” at the bottom to enter forgot password page.
3. Input your email and click submit.
4. You will receive a “Reset Password” email from ProPak Connect Community
(info@propakconnect.com) after submit your email.
5. Click “Reset Password here” in the email message.
6. Input a new password and confirm your new password.
7. Please note that the Reset Password link will be valid for 24 hours only.
You can resubmit the forgot password request if the link is expired
Manage your company information
1. After login go to “my profile”.
2. Click “Edit Profile” at the right panel.
3. Input/update your company detail, please remember to click “Save” when done.
Create new product
1. After login go to “my profile”.
2. Click “Product” at the right panel.
3. Click “Add Product”.
4. Input your Product detail, please remember to click “Save” when done.
5. Your product will be on your company profile but not yet public on ProPak Connect.
Make sure to mark Active for make it visible on ProPak Connect
