Frequently Asked Question

Registering your buyer company account

1. To set up a buyer account on ProPak Connect, click the “Register/Login” button
on the top right of the home page.

2. Click “Register as buyer”.

3. Fill in your company and personal info on the form.

4. After filling out all the necessary info, click “Submit”.

5. You will receive an email with the account activation link. Please activate
your account to complete the registration.

Navigating to your account

1. Our homepage is www.propakconnect.com. On ProPak Connect
homepage, click the login button on the top right corner

2. Fill your username and password for login and you will be redirected
to the buyer dashboard.

3. You can manage your personal profile, message with suppliers and enquiry
in the buyer dashboard.
